Megan Meece

Executive Director

Megan Meece serves as Executive Director at The Village of Southampton, where she oversees community operations, resident experience, and team leadership. With 17 years of experience in senior living across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, she brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to her role.

Megan is known for maintaining strong occupancy, reducing turnover, and cultivating positive, high-performing team cultures. Her leadership is rooted in building meaningful relationships with residents and families, ensuring they feel supported and confident in the care provided.

She is passionate about servant leadership and making a lasting impact in the lives of others. Outside of work, Megan enjoys exploring Houston’s restaurant scene with her family and has a goal of visiting every U.S. National Park.

Jeanette Wright

Director of Sales & Marketing

Jeanette Wright brings a diverse background in healthcare with expertise in sales, operations and relationship-driven growth. Over the past year and a half, she has played a key role in supporting occupancy growth, enhancing resident engagement and delivering a high-touch experience for residents and their families.

Previously, Jeanette worked within a luxury senior living community in Houston’s River Oaks area, further strengthening her ability to guide families through important life transitions with care and confidence. She is passionate about senior living, combining her healthcare experience with a genuine commitment to improving quality of life.

Outside of work, Jeanette enjoys cycling, reading and travel.

Betty Hayner

Director of Administrative Services

Betty Hayner is the Director of Administrative Services with Aspenwood Company, bringing experience in the senior living industry since 2016. She joined Aspenwood in August 2022, serving at Wood Glen Court for two years before transitioning to the Village of Southampton in September 2025.

In her role, Betty oversees key administrative functions including financial operations, payroll, human resources, and regulatory compliance, ensuring efficient and accurate day- to-day operations.

Known for her strong work ethic and hands-on leadership style, Betty is committed to delivering high-quality results, supporting her teams, and maintaining operational excellence across every aspect of her work. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, outdoor adventures, and being crafty.

Sebastian Mazzucato

Director of Dining Services

Sebastiano Mazzucato joined The Village of Southampton in April 2025 as Director of Dining Services, where he oversees all aspects of culinary operations and daily dining experiences. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality, service and consistency across the community’s dining program, creating an elevated experience for residents each day.

With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, Sebastiano brings a well-rounded background in operations management, sales, budgeting, staffing, training and cost control. His leadership style is rooted in both operational excellence and a strong commitment to team development, helping to cultivate high-performing teams that deliver outstanding service.

Passionate about people, Sebastiano finds great fulfillment in connecting with residents and enhancing their dining experience through education and engagement. Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish, he also shares his expertise in Italian cuisine and wines through tastings and interactive experiences. His dedication to hospitality, combined with his extensive industry knowledge, makes him an integral part of the Southampton team.

Allan Olivares

Director of Plant Operations

Allan Olivares serves as Director of Plant Operations and has been a valued member of the Aspenwood team for the past two years. In his role, he oversees all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping, ensuring that the community operates smoothly and that residents experience a safe, comfortable and well-maintained environment each day.

With more than 15 years of experience in plant operations, Allan brings a steady, solutions-oriented approach to his work. Known for his patience and ability to remain calm under pressure, he is dedicated to addressing challenges efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service for both residents and team members.

Outside of work, Allan enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and has a passion for fútbol. He makes it a priority to go camping whenever possible, often aiming for a trip once a month. His balanced approach to work and life, along with his commitment to the community, makes him an important part of the team.

Angie Barrientos

Director of Life Enrichment – Independent Living

Angie Barrientos joined the Village of Southampton team in 2024. She is an experienced Activities Director with a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors through creative, engaging and meaningful programming. With six years in the senior living industry and prior experience at two other communities, Angie brings both passion and expertise to her role.

In her position, Angie oversees the development and implementation of diverse programs for Independent Living and collaborates closely with colleagues to ensure the success of the Life Enrichment department. Her approach focuses on fostering a welcoming, vibrant environment where residents feel engaged, connected and inspired each day.

Originally from Pasadena, California, Angie has called Texas home for the past nine years. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping and photography, with a focus on urban street scenes and landscapes. She also values fitness and mindfulness practices, including working out and meditation. Known for her friendly demeanor, Angie is dedicated to creating a positive and enriching atmosphere for residents at The Village of Southampton.

Jennifer Posell

Director of Life Enrichment – The Parc Assisted Living

Jennifer Posell serves as Director of Life Enrichment for The Parc Assisted Living and joined Aspenwood in September 2025. She leads the planning and execution of dynamic lifestyle programming, including daily activities, special events and outreach initiatives, while overseeing the overall operations of the Life Enrichment program and fostering meaningful resident engagement.

With more than two years of experience in senior living, Jennifer has progressed from Activity Coordinator to Director, bringing both creativity and leadership to her role. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston in Technology Leadership and Innovation Management, with a minor in Digital Media, graduating Cum Laude. Her creative work has been recognized with the 2025 Adam Will Award for Best Short Film and the 2025 Creative Vision Award.

Jennifer is passionate about creating opportunities for residents to connect with one another and the broader community through purposeful programming and partnerships. Outside of work, she enjoys film, reading, puzzles, fitness and gardening, and remains committed to lifelong learning and personal growth.

Amber Lewis

Manager – The Parc Assisted Living

Amber Lewis serves as Manager of The Parc Assisted Living and joined Aspenwood in August 2025. In her role, she oversees daily operations, supports clinical quality initiatives and leads team member recruitment, training and engagement, all with a focus on enhancing resident care and overall community experience.

Amber brings nearly a decade of experience in senior living, including leadership roles with Brookdale Senior Living in both assisted living and memory care. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Occupational Health and Safety. She is also TALA Certified and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

She is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents, whom she describes as “precious jewels” deserving of compassionate, attentive care. Outside of work, Amber enjoys football, reading and exploring new foods, as well as spending time with her family.

Madeline Cagney

Sales Counselor

Madeline Cagney serves as Sales Counselor at The Village of Southampton and has been a valued member of the team since 2022. In her role, she guides prospective residents and their families through the discovery and decision-making process, offering personalized tours and helping coordinate a smooth and welcoming move-in experience.

Madeline is passionate about building meaningful relationships and serving as a trusted resource during an important life transition. She is dedicated to providing clarity, compassion and support, ensuring that each family feels confident and informed as they explore senior living options. One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is seeing residents thrive in their new home, forming friendships and enjoying an enhanced quality of life.

Outside of work, Madeline enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. An avid golfer, she can often be found on the course on weekends, and she also enjoys running, including participating in events such as the Houston Half Marathon.
